We will soon offer a Flat Rate Shipping Charge. Delivery time ETA is 10 business days for Domestic and 14 days for International. If you need your package sooner, please leave a note in the "Comments" area of your shopping cart when ordering or call us directly at 910-777-7660.

All in stock orders from iFish.com are processed and prepared for shipping the next business day between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday, via USPS service taking from five to 15 business days depending on your distance from us.
Please report any discrepancies of the package contents within 48 hours of receipt by e-mailing info@ifish.com

If your package is returned back to our office for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to let you know that it was returned back to us. There is a $25.00 reshipping and handling charge to send your package back out to you.

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your iFish.com merchandise and shipping charges. iFish.com is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding custom duties and taxes. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

The courier will ask the recipient to sign for the package to confirm delivery.

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a “backorder.” When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular USPS shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available

You must call or fax for return authorization before returning merchandise by an air carrier. Please contact us in a timely manner if you have a question regarding an order. Please refer to the information provided on your invoice.

For the fastest service, a return should be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 30 days will be on an inspection basis. We can provide a return label upon request. Sorry, no COD will be accepted.

Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If you purchase an ifish.com electronic device, all sales are final. Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. If your device fails or is deemed defective, we provide a one year replacement policy and will replace your unit within one year of purchase. To facilitate the return process, you must first contact our technical support department and if they deem the unit defective, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be generated and you will ship the unit back with the appropriate RMA number to our facility. We will do final testing to confirm any failures. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Types of order-related communications that require use of personal information include Order Confirmation email to confirm the placement, & summarize the contents of your order, Shipping Confirmation email to notify you when your order ships, and Customer Satisfaction Emails to ensure you are satisfied with your iFish.com product.

If you place an order on iFish.com, we will use your name & email address to send you an Order Confirmation Email, a Shipping Confirmation Email, and Customer Satisfaction Emails. If you do not wish to participate in Customer Satisfaction emails, you may Opt-Out of upon receipt by clicking “Unsubscribe” link contained in the email.
